Transfer to station for departure on the Rovos Rail Edwardian Train Safari.

Depart Cape Town Station.

Arrive Matjiesfontein, time to explore this Victorian village before dinner. Overnight on the train.

Arrive Kimberley. Visit the Big Hole and Diamond Museum with historic tram ride.

Arrive Pretoria. Lunch followed by a City Tour of Pretoria.

Arrive Hoedspruit for full board two-night stay at a 5-star Game Lodge (Thornybush or Kapama Game Lodge).

Early morning game drive, evening game drive or guest activities. Overnight at lodge.

Visa Requirements When visiting South Africa for a period of up to 90 days, travellers from Commonwealth countries, Japan, the USA and the European Union do not require a visa. Visitors who intend to work in South Africa must apply for a work permit abroad at the South African Consulate or Embassy. Before departing for South Africa, check with the nearest South African Consulate or Embassy for any possible changes regarding the visa requirements.
Passports must carry a validity of 6 months beyond intended date of departure from South Africa. Note, Travellers should have a minimum of two blank pages in their passport to enable the entry visa to be issued. If there is insufficient space in the passport entry will be denied.

Travellers from the following countries do not require a visa to visit Zimbabwe:
Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, USA, European Union Countries (except Portugal & Greece), Japan, Nationals of commonwealth states (except Bangladesh, India, Nigeria, Pakistan, South Africa and Sri Lanka).
Most travellers who do require a visa, can obtain this upon arrival in Zimbabwe. Travellers are advised to check the visa-regulations with their local Embassy or Consulate before departing for Zimbabwe.
All visitors must carry valid passports.

All travellers to Zambia should be in the possession of a valid passport, sufficient funds for the stay in Zambia as well as the return journey and a return ticket (when travelling by air).
Visas are required by all travellers except nationals from:
Antigua, Australia, Barbados, Belize, Bahamas,
Botswana, Dominica, Fiji, Grenade, Ireland, Jamaica, Kiribati, Kenya, Lesotho, Malaysia, Malawi, Malta, Mauritius, Namibia, Nevis, New Zealand, St. Christopher, St. Vincent, St. Lucia, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Swaziland, Tanzania, Tonga, Trinidad, Tobago, Tuvalu, Uganda, Vanuatu, Western Samoa and Zimbabwe.
Visas are to be obtained before departure for Zambia. Please note that the visa requirements do change fairly often and travellers are advised to check with their nearest Consulate or Embassy.

When visiting Tanzania, travellers from the following countries do not require a visa:
- The Commonwealth countries, Scandinavian countries and the Republic of Ireland.
All visitors are required to have a visitors' pass. This can be obtained from any Tanzanian embassy. Before departing for Tanzania check with the nearest Tanzanian Consulate or Embassy for any possible changes
regarding the visa requirements.
All visitors are required to carry a valid passport.
