Tour Details


Day 1:

Fly to South Africa courtesy of your favourite International airline.
Day 2:

At Johannesburg International Airport you will be met by our African Rainbow Tours Representative who will organise your air transfer to your hotel situated in an extinct volcano in the beautiful Tswana tribal-lands. A transfer to Sun City will be waiting for you at the airport. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at The Cascades in Sun City.
Day 3:

Tee-off on the resort’s world famous international golf course, Tthe Gary Player Golf Course; venue of one of the richest golf challenges in the world. The afternoon is at leisure and gives you ample time to explore the many activities and facilities available at Sun City.
Day 4:

Again you tee-off on a grand master designed golf course, where touches of wild Africa have been incorporated in the fairways and water hazards create a unique ambiance. The course is situated at the foot of the cauldron lip of an extinct volcano. In the afternoon you may choose to relax at the hotel or go on safari in the Pilanesberg National Park.
Day 5:

After breakfast you will fly to Johannesburg from where a 1-hour flight to the city of Durban follows. On your arrival at Durban International Airport you will be met by our African Rainbow Tours Representative who will assist with your transfer to the Zimbali Lodge on the KwaZulu Natal North Coast. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at the Zimbali Lodge.
Day 6:

For your convenience, tee-off at the Zimbali Golf Course is reserved early in the morning. After a challenging game whereby you are surrounded with breathtaking scenery, you may choose to spend the afternoon at leisure relaxing around the pool or go on a short tour of the Valley of a Thousand Hills.
Day 7:

Today is absolutely yours. Maybe you want to opt for a scenic drive through the beautiful hills of the North Coast or make use of the hotel’s fine facilities. You may wish to be pampered at the Health & Beauty Spa, make use of all the sporting facilities or make a stroll to discover the unspoilt surroundings of this magnificent golf resort.
Day 8:

Depart for your next destination which is the Mondazur Resort Estate Hotel at the KwaZulu Natal South. You will pass through the main city of Durban and make your way through various small coastal villages. After having travelled approx. 75 km out of Durban, you will arrive at the hotel which has a reputation of being one of the most desired holiday destinations in South Africa. The golf course surrounding the hotel, is set in sub-tropical vegetation with its wonderful views of the Indian Ocean and the sandy coastline.
Day 9:

Enjoy an early morning tee-off. These 18 holes are sure to challenge your handicap as you enjoy sweeping vistas over the bush covered hills and the endless Ocean. Spent the rest of the afternoon at the private beach club or relax around the pool.
Day 10:

Continue your travels down the KwaZulu Natal South Coast to the Wild Coast where your destination is the Wild Coast Sun hotel. This hotel is set between the Umtamvuna and Mzamba Rivers overlooking the Indian Ocean and offers its guests a range of sporting facilities, a choice of restaurants ranging from sophisticated elegance to informal as well as a casino. Spend the remainder of the day exploring the grounds and facilities of the hotel.
Day 11:

Early morning tee-off at the Wild Coast Country Club. This golf course is rated amongst the best of South African golf courses. The Wild Coast Country Club is a rugged beauty of a course. The course may be a daunting challenge for professionals and amateurs alike but its wide fairways and huge greens attract golfers of all levels. The 13th hole, a par 3 played across a waterfall is generally regarded the best short hole in the country.
Day 12:

Transfer back to Durban International Airport for the flight Johannesburg International Airport where you will rendezvous with your international airline for the home bound journey.

Visa Requirements
    When visiting South Africa for a period of up to 90 days, travellers from Commonwealth countries, Japan, the USA and the European Union do not require a visa. Visitors who intend to work in South Africa must apply for a work permit abroad at the South African Consulate or Embassy. Before departing for South Africa, check with the nearest South African Consulate or Embassy for any possible changes regarding the visa requirements. Passports must carry a validity of 6 months beyond intended date of departure from South Africa. Note, Travellers should have a minimum of two blank pages in their passport to enable the entry visa to be issued. If there is insufficient space in the passport entry will be denied.
