DIRECTIONS TO ICHINGO CHOBE RIVER LODGE
From Johannesburg, take the N1 north - the toll road to Polokwane (Pietersburg).
At Potgietersrust turn left on the road to Grobelaarsbrug / Botswana. It is well sign posted. Johannesburg to Potgietersrus is about 260 kms and then a further 200 to Grobelaarsbrug / Martins Drift which is the RSA/Botswana border.
After crossing through the border posts keep straight on to the town of Palapye - you will come to a T-junction which is the main road Gaberone - Francistown.
Turn right here and after about 10 kms you will go through Palapye, keep going straight on for about 150 kms until you reach the town of Francistown.
Once you reach Francistown at the second roundabout entering the town take the main road left to Nata/Maun. Again it is clearly signposted.
After 200 kms you reach Nata where the road splits and you take the right hand turn to Kasane. Keep going for 300 kms until you reach Kasane.
We pick up our clients in Kasane by boat and bring them accross the river to the Island.
