| When making a booking on flysaa.com, you have various ticket collection
options. Please note that should no option be selected and e-ticketing is
available on your trip, it will automatically default to this SAA E-Ticketing
option. |

| International Ticket Delivery
|
|

United States: Your flysaa.com ticket(s) will within five (5)
to seven (7) business days be posted to you at your preferred address
at no additional cost. Please note that only standard mail
will be used and that deliveries are made only with the United States and

United Kingdom: Your flysaa.com ticket(s) will within five (5)
working days be posted to you at your preferred address at no
additional cost. Please note that only standard mail will be
used and that deliveries are made only with the United Kingdom. For more

ukhelp@flysaa.com.

Europe: Your flysaa.com ticket(s) will delivered to you within
seven (7) working days. These tickets will be posted to you at your preferred
address at no additional cost. Please note
that only standard mail will be used and that deliveries are only made to the
EU country of your point of departure. For more information please call our

Australia / New Zealand: Your flysaa.com ticket(s) will within
five (5) working days be posted to you at your preferred address
at no additional cost. Please note that only standard mail
will be used and that deliveries are made only within Australia and New

| SAA E-Ticketing
|

E-Ticketing allows you to check-in without a physical ticket.

All you have to do is present an I.D document and credit card (for
authentication purposes) to the check-in agent and you will be issued with the
normal boarding pass.

When choosing this option, the SAA database carries a record of your personal
and itinerary details. The check-in agent will access your record and issue the
relevant boarding pass.

Please note that this option is only available on electronic ticket routes.
When making an online booking, E-Ticketing flights will be marked with "You may
now make use of electronic tickets for this flight reservation."

| Pick up at any SAA airport
|
|

Tickets may be collected from any South African airport that services SAA, SA
Express or SA Airlink.

If you are travelling between Johannesburg and Cape Town, and have no checked
baggage, you may proceed directly to the Speedpass counter for your ticket.

For all other SAA flights, please proceed to the ticket-sales counter indicated
by the signs shown on this page.

Tickets may be collected between 3 hours and 1 working day after making this
online booking. This will depend on the flight you have chosen.

You may choose to collect your ticket at any PostNet store within South Africa.

Tickets may be collected by the credit card holder or a nominee.

In major urban centres tickets may be collected 2 working days after making
this online booking. In outlying areas, tickets may be collected 3 working days
after booking.

The fee for this option is R24.62 for collection at PostNet stores within major
centres and R36.94 for PostNet stores in outlying areas.

Please note that the fee for this option will be billed to the same credit card
as supplied in the billing details stage.

| Door-to-door delivery |
|

PostNet will deliver the tickets to the address of your choice within South
Africa.

Tickets can be delivered only
to the credit card holder.

In major urban centres tickets will be delivered 2 working days after making
this online booking. In outlying areas, tickets will be delivered 3 working
days after booking.

The fee for this option is R43.09 for delivery to door within major centres and
R55.04 for delivery to door in outlying areas.
